Shipping & Return Policy
At Sleeply, we're committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, including prompt and reliable shipping & returns services. Please review our terms below:
Shipping:

1) Processing Time: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
2) Shipping Methods: We offer standard, express & International shipping for all orders. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes between 1-5 business days, express takes 1-3 business days & International 10+ days for delivery. Please note that shipping times may vary based on destination and external factors beyond our control.
3) Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online or through the Australia Post website.
4) Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your shipping destination. During the checkout process, you will be provided with a shipping cost estimate before completing your purchase.
5) International Shipping: We currently offer shipping worldwide. For international orders, please be aware that additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
6) Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
7) Delivery Attempts: Our shipping carriers will make multiple attempts to deliver your order to the provided address. If no one is available to receive the package, a delivery notification may be left, and you may be required to arrange for re-delivery or pick up the package from a designated location. Sleeply will not be liable for reshipping orders that have been returned to us based upon an unclaimed package or an incorrect address being provided.
8) Delivery Exceptions: In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, inclement weather, or other external factors may cause delays in delivery. While we strive to minimize such occurrences, please understand that they are beyond our control.
9) To schedule a new shipment, please contact Sleeply with updated delivery address/details. Reshipping will be charged to your preferred mode of payment.
10) Sleeply is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit with a 3rd party shipping company. Sleeply will provide assistance by lodging claims on your behalf, however a replacement or refund on damaged or missing items is not guaranteed by Sleeply due to each shipping companies different terms and conditions.
Returns:

11) All refund and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of order fulfilment date.
12) Sleeply accepts returns or exchange in cases of defective products or change of mind. In cases of Change Of Mind, the customer will be liable for all additional shipping costs incurred to exchange or return the items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
13) To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, that means, in its original box, with all the attachments included (USB charging cable and Instruction manual) and with no damage/marks.
14) Refunds are processed onto the original form of payment (Credit Card/PayPal) once the item has been returned to Sleeply. When the refund has been processed, it can take 5-15 business days for it to show up in your account.
15) Exchanges on Sleeply can only be conducted for items of the same value or less.
16) Returns & Exchanges Shipping Address: Once a return or exchange has been approved by customer support, please pack items safely and address to:
